Sub-Process H - IS Findings Reviewed

Objective

Present the IS Findings to the Steering Team, gain their agreement on the emerging SHOULD Design Specifications and introduce the subject of Implementation.

It will take approximately 1 day to complete each key activity in this sub-process and a total elapsed time of approximately 3 weeks to complete this sub-process and the prior two (Sub-Process F—IS Process Validated and Sub-Process G—SHOULD Concept Developed).

In this sub-process you, the Process Owner, and members of the Design Team will meet with the Steering Team to review the analysis of the IS Process and reach agreement on design specifications for the SHOULD Process. Alternative "Could-Be" Designs are presented to gauge the Steering Team's receptivity and to sharpen the emerging design specifications. You will also set expecations around Implementation with the Steering Team.
